Our characters are designed for children aged 3 and up. This is due to Australian child safety regulations and the design, which includes textile accessories. While made with natural and soft materials, we recommend their use from age three to ensure a safe and suitable experience for active play.
Yes. The wool felt used in all characters is certified OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 – Class I (for baby articles). This ensures it contains no harmful substances, is free from heavy metals, phthalates, pesticides, and complies with international standards such as REACH and GB18401.
Each character is handcrafted by Karla, co-founder of the brand, in her studio in Australia. There is no mass production or industrial machinery involved—every piece is made with care, time and love. We use Australian merino wool felt, cotton threads, and biodegradable stuffing. No plastics, synthetic glues, or harsh chemicals. Everything is natural, soft, and breathable.

All our characters are certified 'Made in Australia', guaranteeing their origin, traceability and local artisanal production.

Yes, we ship from Australia to various countries. If your country does not appear during checkout, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help. All orders are shipped in plastic-free, recyclable and compostable packaging.
We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid submerging them or using a washing machine to protect their shape, seams, and natural materials.
Yes. Each has their own story that reflects their personality and values. Stories are available in both written and narrated audio formats on each character’s webpage—a gentle way to connect before bedtime or playtime.
At the moment, audio stories can be played on the website. If you prefer to download them for offline listening, contact us—we’re considering making that option available soon.
Each character represents a different emotion or stage:
Ollie (Koala – blue overalls)

Teaching: Explore the world with curiosity, care for nature, and discover who you truly are. Ollie invites little ones to dream big and follow their sense of wonder.
Charlotte (Koala – floral pink dress)
· Emotion: Confidence
Teaching: Dare to imagine, play and try new things. Charlotte shows that feeling safe within yourself is the first step to creating something magical.
Archie (Kangaroo – orange vest)
· Emotion: Joy
Teaching: Enjoy movement, play and shared moments. Archie reminds us that fun and physical play are important parts of learning and growing.
Leo (Penguin – green vest)
· Emotion: Bravery
Teaching: Keep going even when things feel hard or new. Leo teaches that being afraid is okay — what matters is moving forward with an open heart.
Henry (Platypus)
· Emotion: Authenticity
Teaching: It’s perfectly okay to be different. Henry encourages self-acceptance, exploration of the unusual, and staying true to yourself.
Hudson (Wombat)
· Emotion: Calm
Teaching: Feel safe, grounded and at home. Hudson helps children find inner peace, patience and joy in simple things.
