1. Shipping
Where do we ship from?
All orders are dispatched from Australia.
Where do we ship to?
We deliver across Australia and many other countries. If your country doesn’t appear at checkout, please contact us and we’ll assist you.
Estimated delivery times:
• Australia: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days (may vary depending on destination and customs)
Which courier service do we use?
We work with reliable services such as Australia Post and DHL. All parcels include a tracking number.
Packaging:
Our products are packed using recyclable and compostable materials. No plastic is used in our shipments.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Yes. If your product arrived damaged, incomplete, or with an error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we’ll be happy to assist.
Do you accept returns for change of mind?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind, as our products are handmade in small, limited batches with great care.
What if my order doesn’t arrive?
If your parcel is lost in transit (and the shipping address was entered correctly), we’ll work with you and the courier service to locate it or issue a refund if needed.
3. Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Are prices in AUD?
Yes, all prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD). If you are purchasing from another country, your bank will apply the conversion rate.
Are taxes included?
All prices include GST (if applicable within Australia). International customers may be subject to import taxes depending on their country.

Do I need to create an account to shop?
No, but creating an account allows you to track orders, save favourites, and receive special offers.
